Awesome! Nice interview. It must be difficult to answer questions on the spot over the phone, but Excimer did a good job. He has quite a nice voice too :o)
I sound like an egotistical geek.
Though, in my defense, they removed my snarkisms. I had snark in there, dammit, and they removed it.

I just heard it, and I thought you both represented really well.
And Kyle - if you sometimes sound like an egotistical geek, isn't that why we love you? I didn't think you sounded too full of yourself.
I snarked that my 3rd point was the one they really wanted to hear, assuming they would cut out the first two. I'm glad to see they didn't. They did, however, cut that bit out, which is possibly for the better, since that would have put my egotistical geek persona over the top.

There's been the suggestion that we may post links from the Sceptical Chymist to substantially less edited versions of the blogger interviews - perhaps as soon as next week...
Nature did a very good job of making that quite boring.

they left out the part where they asked me about Mitch and I was like "that fuckin' guy?" which soon degenerated into a 20-minute rant about your mom. in spanish. yeah, they should have cut that part out. :-P
